Superbuy Order Status Explained

After you paste a Superbuy Spreadsheet URL and pay Stage 1, order status lives in your Superbuy account — not on the research card you clicked.

Read this when: Read this after Stage 1 payment when you need to read Superbuy statuses from purchase → warehouse → QC → international parcel.

Step-by-step

Map the stages after you paste a spreadsheet link

Once Stage 1 is paid, Superbuy works the domestic buy: confirmation with the seller, payment to the shop, and China courier into the agent warehouse.

Status labels in Superbuy’s UI can change wording over time — trust the in-app timeline and messages more than any third-party chart.

Community “order speed” screenshots are anecdotes. Peak sales periods routinely stretch purchase and stock-in waits.

Wait for seller shipping, then warehouse stock-in

Purchased does not mean photographed. The seller must ship to Superbuy first; only after arrival does the warehouse inspect and store the item.

If Superbuy asks for clarification (out of stock, size swap, wrong link), answer inside the order thread so the buy is not stuck.

Urge-delivery options sometimes exist after a minimum wait — use Superbuy’s own tools rather than guessing from Discord timers.

Read QC and stored statuses as decision gates

When the item shows as stored with inspection photos, your job begins: identity check, category tells, keep / return / detail-photo.

Research or catalog photos on a spreadsheet are not a substitute for warehouse photos of your order.

Resolve hard fails with Superbuy’s return tools before you build a freight quote around rejects.

Parcel submitted is a different lifecycle

After keepers are clean, submit delivery: packing preferences, line choice, Stage 2 payment. Status then follows parcel / carrier tracking.

Edits get harder once the parcel is locked — finish QC first so you are not reworking a submitted haul.

Track through Superbuy and the carrier; this research site does not host your private parcel events.

Superbuy Order Status Explained FAQ

Where do I check Superbuy order status?

In your Superbuy user center (orders / warehouse / parcel views). Spreadsheet pages do not mirror live status.

Why is my item purchased but not photographed yet?

The seller must ship to Superbuy and the warehouse must stock it in. Timing varies by seller and peak load — watch Superbuy status, not the spreadsheet card.

Can I cancel a Superbuy order after paying Stage 1?

Often yes at early statuses, subject to whether Superbuy has already paid the seller and what the seller allows. Start from the order’s cancel/return entry and follow live rules.

Can I edit a parcel after I submit it?

Options narrow after submission. Finish QC and packing choices first so you are not reworking a locked parcel.

Should I message support for every minor delay?

Check status and system messages first. Escalate when the order is stuck beyond normal waits or Superbuy is waiting on a decision from you.

Does order status tell me international shipping cost?

No. Freight appears when you submit the parcel and Superbuy quotes chargeable weight for your chosen line.

Sneakers

Compare popular sneakers such as Jordan 1 and 4, Dunk Low, Air Force 1, and Yeezy 350 / 700 before you order through Superbuy. Preview photos and prices here, then open the live Taobao, Weidian, or 1688 listing to confirm size and color. A QC badge means the listing already has gallery photos — Superbuy warehouse photos of your pair come later.

Hoodies & Sweatshirts

Research popular fleece styles — including Essentials-style pieces, Hellstar graphics, and Trapstar-style designs — before you order through Superbuy. Prefer listings with a published size chart. A QC badge only means the catalog has reference photos; it is not Superbuy’s warehouse check of your item.
