Perfume, battery banks, wearables, aerosols, magnetic goods, and some powders should be marked “line-check” before you pay Stage 1 if freight is already tight.

Spreadsheet titles rarely say “this ruins the cheap line.” You have to ask that question yourself.

If the haul depends on one restricted filler item, price that item against the line upgrade it may force.

To organize that shortlist, browse the spreadsheet by product category and open each item’s details for research. Inclusion in the catalog does not confirm that an item is accepted on your shipping route.

Confirm acceptance on Superbuy, not Discord folklore

Superbuy’s Help Center and mail-restriction tooling list goods that are prohibited or limited by route. Destination countries differ.

When you open the freight calculator / parcel submit flow, preferred cheap lines may grey out when contents are incompatible.

Community “I shipped perfume fine last year” screenshots do not override today’s restriction table.

Decide split, upgrade, or drop before consolidation

Options usually look like: ship sensitive goods on a matching line alone, upgrade the whole haul, or remove the item and reclaim storage space.

Upgrading an entire shoe + hoodie haul for one liquid bottle is often the most expensive spreadsheet mistake after ignoring QC.

If Superbuy already flagged an item as higher customs / logistics risk in warehouse notes, read that message before you click submit.

Document what you packed for after-sales clarity

Keep a simple list of what left the warehouse on which line. If a parcel is delayed or inspected, support needs accurate contents.

Do not attempt to hide restricted contents in vague declarations — that can worsen customs outcomes and may void protections.

When in doubt, ask Superbuy support with the warehouse item IDs before you pay Stage 2.
