Superbuy Payment Methods

Expect two payment moments

First you pay Superbuy for the item and Chinese domestic shipping so the agent can buy and warehouse the goods (Stage 1).

Later, after warehouse QC, you pay international shipping — often as a deposit against the live quote — when you submit the parcel (Stage 2).

Spreadsheet shortlisting does not charge either stage. Treating a card price as “already all-in paid” is a planning error.

Before setting your item budget, compare saved CNY prices in the spreadsheet. These snapshot prices are research references, not checkout totals; confirm the seller price and additional costs before paying.

Know the common top-up routes

Superbuy’s help navigation commonly lists top-up options such as Wise, international credit/debit cards, WeChat Pay, and related wallet methods. Alipay and UnionPay also appear across Superbuy payment docs depending on region.

Bitcoin has historically been available for some Superbuy users, but menus change. Confirm what your account shows before funding a large haul.

If a method is missing, it may be region-limited or temporarily offline — use Superbuy’s payment page, not an old blog screenshot.

Watch FX and top-up fees on the total

If you top up in a currency other than RMB, the conversion rate and any card / channel fee become part of landed cost even when purchasing service fee is ¥0.

Compare the balance credited after top-up with the marketplace item total before you paste every spreadsheet row into the cart.

Community reviews often discuss FX margin as a hidden cost of “0% fee” agents — plan with the rate you actually receive, not mid-market fantasy.

Time payments around QC, not hype

Do not rush Stage 2 just because a spreadsheet row was popular. Wait until warehouse photos pass on the items you will ship.

If you may return an item, keep balance and process window for domestic returns before consolidating the rest of the haul.
